Leaders of Tomorrow Season 13 Awards returns with the theme “Agility. Ambition. Ascent.”, reflecting the evolving mindset of India’s next generation of entrepreneurs. The awards celebrate MSMEs that adapt swiftly, think boldly & scale sustainably in a rapidly changing global landscape. Scheduled for March 2026, the initiative will honour outstanding businesses and leaders driving transformation through resilience, innovation & sustainable growth across diverse sectors. The half-day event will feature panel discussions, keynotes fireside chats, and culminate in the Awards Ceremony, spotlighting those shaping the future of Indian enterprise.

In the lead-up to the event, a Call for Entries (CFE) campaign will engage the MSME community and drive registrations through a month-long promotional push and agency outreach. All entries will undergo a rigorous eligibility review in collaboration with our knowledge partner, EY. Eligible submissions will then be assessed by a screening jury, with shortlists determined through jury scores and financial analysis. The shortlisted entries will be presented to a Grand Jury comprising 10 distinguished industry leaders, who will deliberate in depth and finalize the winners of Leaders of Tomorrow Season 13 Awards.
